This program is designed to generate immediate results. Historically, principals utilize Thoughtful Teacher Training to support their new teachers. Also, this training has been used to support veteran teachers who struggle with classroom management. KSLCconsultants are available to provide our Thoughtful Teacher Training to individual teachers, small cohorts of teachers, or your entire staff. By utilizing the school’s funds allocated for professional development, principals, chief academic officers, district leaders, and superintendents contract with KSLC to provide this service.
